Program description

"Recipient must be an undergraduate student attending the Panama City Campus with a minimum 2.5 GPA who demonstrates financial need. First preference will be given to a student from Port St. Joe, FL. Second preference will be given to a student from Wewahitchka, FL. Third preference will be given to a student from Gulf County, FL. Fourth preference will be given to a student from Franklin County, FL. Fifth preference will be given to a student from Bay County, FL. Sixth preference will be given to a student from Northwest Florida. Seventh preference will be given to any Florida resident. Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a United States citizen."
