Terms of service

Plain-English terms. The short version: the directory is free public-record information, coaching is a $199 flat-fee service, and we never write your application for you.

The free directory

Most scholarship listings are compiled from foundations’ IRS Form 990-PF public filings; listings under /award/ are read directly from the sponsoring foundation’s own public application portal, with a link to that source on the page. We publish what the source says, as accurately as we can, and say so when a fact (like a deadline) can’t be confirmed. Filings are annual and portals change between cycles — always confirm details with the foundation before applying. We are not affiliated with any foundation listed, and a listing here is not an endorsement in either direction. If something on a page is wrong, reply to any email from us and a human will fix it.

Application coaching ($199)

Coaching is a flat-fee service for one scholarship application: an application blueprint, targeted prompts, and a human review of your finished draft with margin notes. We do not write any part of your application, we do not submit anything on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any outcome — scholarship decisions are made by committees, not by us. If we can’t deliver the service (for example, the award’s deadline has passed and the foundation confirms no upcoming cycle), we refund you.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If the coaching hasn’t started (no blueprint delivered yet), email us for a full refund. After delivery, refunds are at our discretion — but if you think we got something wrong, tell us; we’d rather fix it than argue.

Liability

The directory and coaching are provided as-is. We’re liable at most for what you paid us. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.

Most listings on this site are compiled from the foundation’s own IRS Form 990-PF filing — the public record where foundations that accept applications must state who to contact, how to apply, any deadlines, and any restrictions. Listings under /award/ are a second, separate source: read directly from the foundation’s own public scholarship portal, with a link to that source on every page. Filings are annual and portals change between cycles, so details can change: always confirm the current deadline and requirements with the foundation before applying. This site is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any foundation listed. Scholarship information here is free; we charge only for optional application coaching, and we never write your application for you.
