"The Association of the United States Army, St. Louis Gateway Chapter offers merit-based scholarships to high school seniors and current college students in the St. Louis metro area. This application is for students who are currently in college. High school seniors should apply to this application. ARMY PERSONNEL OR SPOUSES ATTENDING COLLEGE A. Active Army personnel. B. Army National Guard, Army Reserve and Army ROTC Students. C. A spouse of an Active Army, Army National Guard, or Army Reserve Soldier or Army ROTC student. Students can be enrolling in trade school, community college, or a four year university. These scholarships recognize a student’s academic excellence, leadership achievements and community service. Eligibility is limited to those students whose primary residence is in the Missouri counties of St. Louis (City and County), Jefferson, Warren, Franklin, St. Charles and Lincoln and the Illinois counties of Calhoun, Jersey, Madison, St. Clair and Monroe.
