"The Carroylin and Robert Threlkel Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to women pursuing a business related degree. Eligibility Requirements Female student pursuing a business related undergraduate degree at an accredited college university or community college in California Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale Demonstrate financial need through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( FAFSA ) or California Dream Act Application. "Need is based on the Student Aid Index ( SAI ) scores from the FAFSA or The California Dream Act Application. Full-time enrollment in 12 units or more"
