Program description

"The scholarship was established by the Douglas W. Pollock Foundation to provide financial assistance to students from Central Pennsylvania enrolled in the Fire Academy and/or Fire Safety Training programs/coursework at the Shumaker Pubilc Safety Center at HACC . Student must be from Central Pennsylvania (Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry or York Counties); preference will be given to students enrolled in HACC’s Fire Science programs; preference will be given to students active in military service (or have been active), including National Guard Service; preference will be given to volunteer fire fighters."
