"The Dr. Wayne Rouse Scholarship provides scholarships to students enrolled in at least six credits in the Nursing program. The student must be a resident of Boone County and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 for eligibility. Scholarship is applicable to tuition & fees."
