"EL CAMINO : PATHWAY TO DEVELOP LEADERS SCHOLARSHIP This scholarship is provided by El Camino-Pathway to Develop Leaders, an organization based on leadership and community service. In existence since 2022, El Camino began as a leadership development class that went on to form their own 501C3 organization. Their mission states: El Camino—A pathway for developing leaders, accomplishing dreams by welcoming diverse relationships for a better life. El Camino believes in proactive equity. This scholarship will be presented to a senior who has been active in the community through service and volunteerism and who is planning on furthering their education beyond high school. Two scholarships will be available for any two-year of four-year college or university. QUALIFICATIONS : Emphasis will be placed on a student’s involvement in service-related activities in or outside of school. Students will be judged on scholarship, leadership, volunteerism, and service to their community. AWARD AMOUNT : Two $250.00 scholarships will be awarded. AWARD DISBURSEMENT : The scholarships will be deposited to the student’s account at the college of their choice after enrollment and furnishing account information to El Camino- PDL aT"
